With Help Explorer Server, it's easy to provide 24/7 online access to any kind of help resources, including software references, knowledge bases and documentation of any kind of applications.
Help Explorer Viewer — is a free cross-platform viewer for compiled help files.

Help Explorer Viewer provides a rock-solid solution for displaying help files in the WinHelp (.HLP), HTML Help 1.x (.CHM) and Microsoft Help 2.0 (.HXS) formats on Linux and Windows platforms.
